Pattern Memberships 2006

If you are not already a newsletter subscriber, you must first sign up to be eligible.

Membership Includes:

6 complete quilt patterns - one every 2 months beginning with January 2006 plus one bonus block pattern during the year.
Some patterns will be chosen from our site. Some will be new patterns.
Patterns will be made available during the first week of the indicated months.
The patterns will vary in size and theme.
In May members will vote on the pattern they would like to have for the month of July.
The patterns will be available as PDF file downloads. Members will sign in and enter their passwords to print their patterns throughout 2006.
All members will automatically be subscribed to our MMD Memberships Yahoo List, a support and pattern discussion group. Members can notify us if they would prefer not to be subscribed.

Membership Terms of Use

Membership is for the calendar year - January through December of 2006.
Subscribe at any time during 2006. All of the patterns previously presented will be available to you, even if you purchase a membership in December.
Every second month, beginning with January, a quilt pattern will be presented. A bonus block pattern will be presented at some time during the year. You will be notified when new patterns are added.
The patterns will be available as PDF downloads and will include complete directions, diagrams, illustrations, and templates.
Quilt and block patterns downloaded through this membership are for your use only. Sharing or giving them to others in any format is prohibited by copyright law.
You may print as many copies as you wish for your personal use. You may also enlarge or reduce the sizes to suit the changes you may wish to make to your project.
Permission is granted to make up to 10 quilts from each pattern for sale purposes. For numbers exceeding 10, contact us for permission and details. You are free to make as many as you like to give as gifts. Please remember to add the designer, Maria Michaels Designs, to your quilt label.
It is your responsibility to download and print the patterns before your membership year is up. The patterns will no longer be available after December 31, 2006.
Our pattern testers go over each pattern before it is presented. We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Should an error be found, our only responsibility will be to correct it and replace the pattern. Maria Michaels Designs cannot be held in any way responsible for a member’s project results including, but not limited to, error in construction, fabric choices, printing/saving/storing patterns or yardage purchases.
Members will be automatically subscribed to our MMD Memberships Yahoo List for the year 2006. This list is exclusively for members for the express purpose of asking questions about patterns, support, and quilting discussions among members. Maria, our quilt pattern designer, will be available to answer questions and members are welcome to discuss their projects, quilts and quilting. Should a member prefer not to be subscribed to this List, notify us and your name will be removed.
